It's very easy, if you wish to return your goods for a full refund using our 7 day money back guarantee all we ask is that you contact us by e-mail stating your reasons for wishing to return the goods at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You will be refunded within 30 days of reciept of your order back to our warehouse, provided that the order is received in good condition.

It is you'r responsibility to arrange transportation of the goods back to our warehouse to claim your refund.

All our goods except for items sold in our clearance section carry a one year manufacturers guarantee against materials and workmanship. If you have any queries regarding this guarantee please contact our sales team on 0161-494-7555.

Mattresses cannot be returned once removed from it's original packaging.

Home assembly or flat pack furniture cannot be returned once construction has been attempted or completed.

Special orders or commisioned items are charged in full on the placement of your order and are not eligable for return.
